FAQ
MONOPOLY GO!
Monopoly is a classic board game introduced by Parker Brothers (now part of Hasbro). The game is designed to simulate the buying and selling of real estate and the management of properties to accumulate wealth and build assets. With over 80 years of history, Monopoly has become one of the most popular board games worldwide.
The basic gameplay of Monopoly involves moving tokens around the board, purchasing properties, building houses and hotels, collecting rent on owned properties, and profiting from renting land to others. The objective of the game is to bankrupt opponents by charging them rent when they land on your properties and don’t have enough money to pay or manage their assets efficiently.
The Monopoly board typically consists of property spaces grouped into color-coded sets, each with different values. Additionally, there are 'Chance' and 'Community Chest' spaces where players draw cards simulating random events or community actions in life, which can be either fortunate or unfortunate for their properties.
Monopoly is not just an entertaining game but also an excellent way to learn about property management, financial strategy, and negotiation skills. There are numerous editions and variations of Monopoly with different themes, from classic versions to editions based on various brands, locations, or specific settings
